Mission Statement

The mission of the School of Business at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, is to become a centre of excellence, providing high quality research, training and consultancy in management, accounting, marketing, finance and development. The Mission is to be accomplished primarily through instruction, supported applied research and service. The focus will be a curricula that will facilitate employment and professional career development in private and public sectors of the economy. The role of the technology in the decision-making process will be emphasized through the integration of computer concept and applications into curricula The School will be committed to being a national and regional leader in the preparation of students for viable career in business and industry in the 21st century. Finally, the School will provide technical assistance to small and micro enterprises in the country and elsewhere.
